Condition descriptions refer mainly to cosmetic appearance. Unless otherwise stated, products are inspected and tested for their essential functions before being listed.
Excellent Condition
The product is in excellent cosmetic condition with minimal signs of previous use. Very small marks may be present but should not significantly affect its overall appearance.
Good Condition
The product is in good working condition and may show ordinary signs of previous use, such as light scratches, small scuffs or minor wear.
Fair Condition
The product is functional but shows more noticeable cosmetic wear. This may include visible scratches, scuffs, marks, dents or other signs of regular use. Any important condition details should be included in the product listing.
Open Box
The product’s packaging has been opened. The product may be unused or lightly handled. Packaging may have cosmetic wear or may not be the original packaging.
New
The product is described as new only when it has not been previously used. Packaging condition and included items will be stated in the product listing where relevant.
Parts or Repair
The product is not fully functional or has not passed all applicable tests. It is being sold for parts, repair or another clearly stated purpose. Known issues will be described in the listing.
Battery-Powered Products
Rechargeable batteries naturally lose capacity through age and use. Unless a specific battery-health percentage or guarantee is stated on the product page, battery runtime may vary.
Included Accessories
Only the accessories identified in the product description or shown as included are supplied with the product. Original packaging, chargers, cables, manuals and other accessories are not automatically included.
