How to Select Local Pickup
If pickup is available for your order, select the local-pickup option during checkout. The applicable pickup location and instructions will be shown during checkout or in your order confirmation.
Wait for Your Ready Notice
Please do not visit the pickup location immediately after placing your order. Wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
What to Bring
When collecting your order, please bring:
• Your order confirmation
• Valid government-issued photo identification
• The payment card used for the order, if requested
The name on the identification should match the customer or authorized pickup person shown on the order.
Picking Up for Someone Else
If another person will collect your order, contact us before pickup. We may require the purchaser’s authorization and identification from the person collecting it.
Inspecting Your Order
Please confirm that you have received the correct product and any listed accessories before leaving the pickup location.
Pickup Availability
Orders must be collected within the timeframe included in the ready-for-pickup notification. Contact us if you cannot collect your order within that period.
